ICAR-NBPGR observed Vigilance Awareness Week   from October 31 to November 5, 2016. This year the theme was "Public participation in promoting integrity and eradicating corruption". Vigilance pledge was taken by all the staff of ICAR-NBPGR on October 31. Various activities were conducted during the week which included debate on the topic "Corruption-free India" and essay writing competition on the topic "Role of public in eradicating corruption". Besides, slogan writing competition was also conducted. An invited lecture was delivered by Shri Rajan Agarwal, Chief Vigilance Officer, ICAR & Director, DARE on Vigilance Awareness. Shri Rajan Agarwal also distributed prizes to the winners of various competitions.
