National Medicinal Plants Board (NMPB) under Ministry of Ayush is engagaed in the collection of distinct Medicinal and Aromatic Plant Genetic Resources through NMPB funded projects of social and economic importance. NMPB would like to ensure a long-term safe storage of MAPGRs by depositing these at the authorized institute, namely, ICAR-NBPGR, New Delhi.
