Swachhata Pakhwada and COVID-19 appropriate behaviour campaign

In view of implementing the Swachhata Pakhwada and COVID-19 appropriate behaviour campaign, by Division of Germplasm Conservation, three teams were given responsibility for coordinating these activities in there different localities.

Team I of Dr. Neeta Singh, Dr. Vimala Devi S and their team visited the Todapur Village. Campaigning was made for cleaning of sewerage and water lines, awareness of recycling of waste water for cleaning the floor and use in kitchen gardens in the residential colonies of Todapur village community through local discussion and display of placards. Awareness was created for better hygiene in the wake of COVID 19 pandemic.

Team II comprising Dr Sherry Jacob, Dr Padmavati and others visited the nearby Inderpuri located. The senior citizen and school children were sensitized for recycling of kitchen waste water for watering potted plants and waste for proper disposal for keeping hygiene.

Team III with Dr Rajvir Singh, Mr SP Sharma, Mr Lal Singh and Ms Anjali visited the staff residential colony Harbajan Singh Enclave where they campaigned for cleanliness and hygiene in the campus with the help of all the residents.
