A one day Plant Genetic Resources Conservation Awareness Workshop cum Biodiversity Fair was organized by ICAR-NBPGR Regional Station, Ranchi on 03.03.2017 at Burudih village in Gamharia block of Saraikela-Kharsawan district of Jharkhand. Shri Chamapai Soren, the local MLA graced the occasion as chief guest.The chief guest lauded the role of NBPGR Regional Station Ranchi in safeguarding the agrobiodiversity of the region and appreciated the initiative taken through organizing of biodiversity fair.
