  • Identified genomic resources in the form of microsatellite markers in Black pepper (Piper nigrum)
  • Identified SNPs at genome wide level using Genotyping by Sequencing (GBS) Approach in Linseed (Linum usitatissimum L.)
  • Identified of QTNs associated with flowering time, maturity, plant height and  seed wight traits in linseed.
  • Identified germplasm accessions with superior trait values for flowering time, days to maturity, plant height and seed weight traits in linseed.
  • DNA fingerprinting of pre-released varieties in minor pulses as service component of ICAR-NBPGR
